The Board of Directors ensures the planning, coordination, and continuity of activities, while ensuring compliance with the protocols and procedures in effect within the organization.
The team consists of seven members, each with a defined role. Its operation model fosters collaboration and initiative, while drawing upon the unique talents of everyone.

Responsible for the overall management of the A.R.U. and its governance.
Vice president
Thérèse Tremblay
Reponsible for maintaining the liaison between the Board of Directors and the committee chairs.
Secretary
Solange Lamontagne
Responsible for drafting meeting nutes and other official documents.
Treasurer
Sandra Soucy
Responsible for everseeing the financial health of the A.R.U.
