Reiki Levels
The Usui method of Reiki is taught across 4 distinct. levels
Each level is followed by a period of integration and harmonization, allowing the body and energy centers to adapt to the new lfrequency.
Youth Level (Physical Body)
The Reiki attunement for youth includes four rituals that permanently activate the channel through which Reiki Energy enters and flows. During this day of training, the self-treatment method is thaugh. The history of Dr. Usui, the principales of Reiki, and the chakra system are presented. Applying Reiki to animals, plants, and objects completes this workshop. The youth awakens and becomes aware of this Energy of Love within and around them.
Level 1 (Physical Body)
The Level 1 Reiki attunement includes four rituals that permanently activate the channel through which Reiki Energy enters and flows. During this training, the self-treatment method is taught, along with an introductin to treating others. Additionally, an overview of how to offer Reiki to animals, plants, and objects is provided. The Reiki principles are presented. Consciousness awakens, and self-love unfolds.
Level 2 (Subtle Bodies)
The level 2 Reiki includes two rituals that strengthen the process already initiated during the first-level training. The Reiki attunement stimulates the development of the center of intuition and opens access to higher levels of consciousness. The initiated person receives the teachings of the first three sacred symbols ,which serve to intensify the flow of energy and increase the effectiveness of treatments. The approach to offering a treatment to others is revisited by introducing the values of a Reiki practitioner. The technique of distant healing, as well as healing "through time" or focusing on a specific situaltion, is also taught.
Level 3 (Consciousness)
The level 3 Reiki attunement included one ritual and the teachings of a fourth sacred symbol. Level 3 works on consciousness, learning to be present to oneself and to all that is. This state of awareness encourages one to become the creator of and responsible for their own life. Subsequently, if the initiate wishes, they may participate in the attunement process of the first two levels.
Master level (The Commitment)
The Master-level Reiki attunement includes a ritual and the teachin of a fifth sacred symbol. At this level, the initiate consciously commits to being the Master of their own life, day by day. They recognize the essence of their divine beauty and engage in conscious co-creation. The Reiki Master becomes a teacher of light through their example and radiance. Every singleone of their thoughts, words, and actions perpetuates the Divine Essence. They gain access to harmony, infinite love, joy, and profound peace.
Recognizing a Reiki Master
A Reiki Master is distinguished by the humility, honesty, and respect they have towards themselves and others. They are also recognized by the lack of judgment, compassion, love, and joy of living that they spread around him.
ARU Teachers
A Reiki Master has the responsability to guide and support their students along their path of personal and spiritual development. They must commit to respecting Reiki ethics, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment. Furthermore, they are required to honor the confidentiality of the information shared by their students and to encourage them to explore their own potential. Finally, a Reiki master must continue their own training and personal growth to offer high-quality, insipring teaching.
