Reiki is an ancient healing science, forgotten for millennia, which Dr. Mikao Usui rediscovered in the late 1800s.
The word Reiki, a term of Japanese origin, means "Universal Life Energy". This pure energy is endowed with wisdom, consciousness, love, compassion, as well as impersonal, unconditional, and universal love.
Reiki activates and channels this life energy that every living being possesses from birth. Reiki rebalances a person's energy according to their unique needs, promoting healing on all levels - physically, mentallu, emotionally, and spiritually.
